Saturday 23 August 2014
Two members of the DCRO Diving Team with DCRO equipment travelled to North Wales at the request of NWCRO to help with an incident where a diver had become overwhelmed by bad air or gas in a chamber at the far end of a 300 metre long sump. Divers and equipment also attended from the Yorkshire Dales. The diver was confirmed deceased and his body and equipment were recovered back through the sump during a number of dives.
